Key benefit details
Demo Area within the Networking Zone
The Demo Area sits inside the general Networking Session room — it is not a separate exhibition hall. The Host Partner receives demo space as part of the package; Technical Partners may request it as an add-on when space allows. Size, location, equipment, layout and activities require prior organizer approval.
Partner VIP Pass
Guarantees VIP-zone seating and event access for partner representatives, up to the quantity in the package. Names must be submitted by the organizer deadline, and passes may not be resold.
VIP & Speaker Lounge access
Access to the shared speaker/partner lounge during organizer-designated time windows. Speaker privacy must be respected — access does not grant the right to arrange meetings, conduct interviews, record media, or carry out commercial activity.
Partner Case Study Session
Topic and slides are reviewed by the organizer. Content must carry technical value — a production case study, architecture, benchmark or demo — and must not be a direct sales pitch.
Company profile
Content must be accurate and not misleading. The organizer may request revisions to overly promotional wording or to claims that cannot be verified.
Partner souvenir
Format and quantity depend on organizer arrangements. Souvenirs are not a primary component of package value and cannot be exchanged for cash or discounts.
